Christopher Kane is all dolled up!
Christopher Kane introduces another stunning T-shirt collection for Spring/Summer 2010. As oppose to the iconic gorilla Ts or the equally horrifying atomic T, the Glasgow-born designer surprisingly opts for a different direction this time around – something sweet as honey and just as mesmerizing as a magnet. Featured on his Tees is the hand drawn chubby little face of a cherubic angel, whose gorgeous face is so adorable that we just want to pinch. There is something remarkably special about this figure. Whether it is her glassy eyes, crown of fuzzy hair or her bow-shaped lips, she expresses a sense of sorrow in a poetic way. Russian model Maria Kashleva wears Viktor and Rolf's short taffeta dress
Just as you think you have had enough of the little black dress, here comes another one – making its way gracefully as the cool new kid on the block in my favourite list. In many ways, this little number (EUR 785,00) by Dutch designer duo Viktor and Rolf is beyond special. Naturally, the first thing that caught our eye is the razzle-dazzling diamante element. However, the exquisite material (100% China Silk), its stunning slightly squared-off shape (around the hips) as well as its fantastic front pockets design are not to be left unsaid. Wearable may not a word directly linked to the avant-garde Designers at all times, but this simply ingenious piece certainly shows the world something different! Just stunning!

I simply cannot believe I did not see Viktor & Rolf’s Resort 2010 collection earlier. I mean everything in the collection is so phenomenally beautiful that I really hope each and every piece of the collection could and would make its way to the stores. Unquestionably, it ought to!

Neil Barrett Crewneck Sweater With Unfinished Hem
It’s confession time: every time I browse through menswear in Lane Crawford, I always get hooked to Neil Barrett’s little sanctuary. I like his craftsmanship and his distinctive style. It’s discernibly something that is classic in terms of its impeccable tailoring; yet avant-garde with its innovative designs. One piece that I always point out to my family and friends when we ‘happen’ to be in a 2 km radius from the luxurious Department Store (Yes! I do force my friends and family to walk 2 km just to experience Neil Barrett live) is his crewneck sweater (EUR 305,00 EUR 154,00). I have pointed it out so many times that I believe the staff members actually recognize me and probably are secretly mad at me like a mad cow, because I not only soil the clothing with my self-acclaimedly ‘clean’ and absolutely ‘germless’ fingers, but also cordially invite friends and family to follow my daring lead. But honestly, is there any other way to experience Mr. Barrett’s charming collection other than touching it and raping feeling it from top to bottom and inside out? What makes this sweater special for me is its exquisite details. We love everything from the eccentric double collar design to the asymmetry structure finished off with a raw-yet-luxurious touch all over it. Although in grey and black, this 100% wool light-weight sweater is far from being boring and dull. Celebrate smart and stylish mens fashion with Neil Barrett.
