Danish model Mathias Lauridsen – wanted and needed. Alive and sexy, please!
From the response of ”*lol*”, which I received upon the blog post entitled “Nordiska Kompaniet Summer 2009 Catalog” with subject matter of the Danish model Mathias Lauridsen; I cannot help but sense a kind of sarcasm and perhaps… a bit of jealousy from you! Am I right?

Rock me, Mathias! You are Danish!
I don’t know about you, but each time, I go to any Gucci store, I just feel so self-conscious, not only because of the cougar-like stares from the super-cunning sales staff; but also, every time I catch a glimpse of Mathias walking the runway oh-so-seductively on their in-store TV screens, I just get all childish and cannot help but giggle ever so silly – creating an embarrassing series of mysterious-yet-hilarious stories for the sales staff to share over smoke breaks.
David & Goliath’s “Rock me. I’m a Danish” T-Shirt is one such fun Tee that arrouses such a silly smile on my face. Yes, Mathias looks nothing like the round donut – who apparently is the Awesome German Composer Mr. Mozart dressed like a Danish playing the electric keyboard oh-so-rock ‘n’ roll. However, you know what? Like a yummy Danish, Mathias just rocks and knocks me out each time he walks, he talks… Mmm…
Well… If I have to choose a Tee to reply his sweet loving gaze upon me, then, David & Goliath has this super adorable ”I’m so fawn of you” Tee.
Can’t believe Tees can actually say it all! Wow! The 21st Century!

H&M Spring/Summer 2009 Printed ad campaign
I believe there is a balance of good and bad in life. That means there is always something positive and something negative happening.
Believe it or not this principle of Yin and Yang also determines the fate of the economic world.
For example: while sales figure for Saab Automobile AB, Sweden’s icon of national pride in the automobile manufacturing industry, is facing extreme dangers to survive in the midst of a sea of financial bloodiness especially under the current climate; its counterpart in the retail sector, H&M AB, is cruising freely in the black with sales revenue of SEK 104,041 million in 2008.
This just comes to show that the Swedish retail giant is still our ultimate favourite in the global market that is facing desperate depression and well… you have to admit: they are simply one of the best in the market now.
