There are three things I love about Vera Wang’s collection this year. The first of which is the use of that crisp fabrics crinkled together. Whether pants or dresses, it is truly effortlessly chic! The second thing is the earthy tones. It’s so heavenly. Finally, the third thing is: Anabela Belikova! Over the seasons, Vera Wang has really striked me as a “Here Comes the Sun” brand and the doll-faced Belarusian model, who was once listed as Anastasia Belikava with the agency “Sergey Nagorny Minsk” in Belarus, is just perfect for the brand, as her face lights up any image and I am happy that she got the Spring/Summer campaign.

For me, Yigal Azrouël’s show definitely features the best assortment of clothes for this resort season. It is simply impossible for me to choose just one look that defines the show nor can I select my top 3 picks. As a result, I ended up with 12 images out of the total of 20 as featured on style.com.
When I first saw the collection, the very first look I saw was Olesya Senchenko in a tailored milky-white Shirt, high-waisted shorts and heels. I immediately fell in love with the show. This reminded me of a working woman on holiday. She is on holidays, but at the same time, she is still working, because her wardrobe is still at work. The looks are all very neat, extremely elegant and just so smart! It is not something for a bimbo, because this is something with an edge. I love the colour palette he used. Milky white mixed with grey as well as the mix of black and white, which I had seen so many times before by various designers over the many seasons and yet I do not find his use of it tiring! The pants, whether baggy sailor cut or skinny-legged or ultra skintight tights, they are just to die for!
Who says you need to wear red on the red carpet to look glamourous? Yigal shows the way to do it. I esp. love the golden number as worn by model Martina Correa, the black drapped skirt as worn by model Lyoka Tyagnereva, the blue short dress with ruffles on the shoulders as worn by Martina as well as the blue column dress as worn by Olesya Senchenko.
His timeless style that is smart, modern and chic is definitely something that makes every girl scream for more!
If I go to a resort, I would definitely like to wear these clothes for sure!
