Energy boost

Energie's Popeye T-Shirts

Energie's Popeye T-Shirts

How much energy boost could you get with Energie’s new collection of retro T-Shirts, which features the all mighty and powerful Sailor, Popeye, as motif? Well… Test it out yourself in these smart ‘n’ casual statement Tees and learn how to growl, quarrel and knockout from THE man with superhuman strength. Well… Maybe we could all learn a trick or two from this supersailor? My favorite Tee has to be the one that says: “Every nice girl loves a sailor“. Cheeky!

Get kickin’ with Energie

Shoes from Energie's Fall Winter 2009 Collection

Shoes from Energie's Fall Winter 2009 Collection

I was trying to find a picture of those Popeye T-Shirts from Energie, which I spotted yesterday. Well… I couldn’t find any of them on Energie’s online shop yet, but I did see some super neat shoes.

With high tops being the it thing this fall/winter, it is natural to find an abundance of it in Energie’s collection. There are two pairs, which I really like. The first one is a varnished white high-top sneaker with two red and black stripes. Simple, but very sleek. The other is a pair of black leather ankle boots. Well… Afterall, being able to make good leathers shoes is, for sure, one thing that makes those incredible Italians stand out from a crowd, no?

Well… For people, who finds it troublesome to wear high-tops (oh! those never-ending shoe laces!), then, Energie also has some charming classic sneakers. I really love the black and white sneakers with the faded print. It’s super casual smart yet unbelievably lavish, because believe it or not? They are actually made with printed leather. Extraordinary indeed!

Spotted

Riding in car with Hanne

Riding in car with Hanne

@ Tsim Sha Tsui:

  • @ Miss Sixty: Collection looks very in trend with today; and in that way, everything seemed a little safe. Nonetheless, for women, we spotted a fierce jumpsuit with animalia print, black jacket with lavish fur sleeve – very Givenchy in appearance indeed – and a crazy graffiti bubble dress; for men, we liked the tie dye jumpers. It’s very cool!
  • @ Energie: Energie has power popeye Tees. 100% mighty cool!
  • @ Vivienne Westwood: Be outstanding and have wild fun wearing her leopard print multi-color-stripped dress!
  • @ Moussy: The Tees are so nice to touch. You just don’t want to stop touching it. Anyway, they also have some pants with a print that looks very much like Alexander McQueen’s signature dogtooth print. It’s a good alternative, but Moussy’ll never be the same as McQueen.
  • @ Y-3: Trompe l´oeil seems to be an ‘it’ thing in fashion these days. Y-3 also has Tees with those lively prints.
  • @ Lane Crawford: In love with green framed sunnies from Gucci and Prada.
  • @ Joyce: Love the beautiful cut in Damir Doma’s collection. It instantly makes me want to be a man!
  • @ Y’s Yohji Yamamoto: Sales staff at Y’s Yohji Yamamoto looked so super bored. *yawn yawn yawn*
  • @ Missoni. Saw a huge billboard with Hanne’s face. It made me feel like I was cruising freely with her away from the great flood of people and in the beautiful country side[1]. Oh… It makes me want their catalog/lookbook so badly, but they probably don’t have one for customers.
  • @ Dsquared: An instore event attracted lots of very important fashion people and  a handful of wannabes hanging instore and outside sipping bubbly champagne and enjoying the high life. Spotted woman wearing Givenchy open toe bootie and Balmain power pagoda shoulder jacket. She looked like a fashion victim.

Endnote:
