A collaboration between two amongst London’s sea of talents – the iconic eyewear label Cutler & Gross and the celebrated fashion label Erdem – resulted in something magnificent. With its colourful Kyoto watercolour-printed frame in classic sixties style, it looks like this edgy pair of Tomoko sunnies (£290.00) from the Spring/Summer 2010 collection is the perfect accessory to accompany me during the flamboyant season whether in the city of by the beach. Mmm… Fantastic!

Meet Jonathan Readers
Urban Outfitters, one of our favorite retailers, is holding a $5 sales online. One of the items we are snatching up on is… none other than this pair of Jonathan Readers glasses. With its black plastic round frames, these glasses make us fit perfectly at the Harry Potter party. Whether it’s to get down and dirty with R-Patz, who played the late Cedric Diggory or to play chess with the ever-so-bright Ms. Granger, these vintage-inspired frames sure make us look like a true visionary.
With a price tag of $2.99, I am pretty sure these frames will fly out in a broom stick in a jiffy. So grab it NOW!

Revision: Proenza Schouler’s Vision
Today, we revisit Spring/Summer 2009. Something I totally missed oh-so-unfortunately from that glorious season is Proenza Schouler’s funky sunglasses (USD $310.00). I like them, because the rounded frames add a quirky yet chic touch to any outfit, any look. The best thing of all, I find about them, is that they look great whether surfing in the Beach or cruising around the City.
Proenza Schouler’s sunglasses come in an envelope-style textured brown leather soft case with snap closure. Dust cloth included. Available at La Garçonne.

Hussein Chalayan Spring/Summer Ready-to-wear 2010 Paris
I must admit: I was extremely surprised when I found out Hussein Chalayan’s collection this season did not contain any loud messages concerning mother earth. I guess if this collection was to visit that familiar ground in the same sort of explosive way as previously, it would seem tedious and tiring, so I am glad he took a break from that. Nonetheless, this collection is still a delight with a load of avant-garde trends that will surely become the heart of fashion’s ‘it’ trend next season.

Joop! Fall/Winter 2009/10 Collection Berlin
I know Lily’s fans are just going to hate me, but I have to say it: I hate it! I hate it! I just hate it! This season’s faces (Lily Donaldson and Sean O’pry) with all their respective mega status and perfect looks just turn me off. There is nothing I hate more than looking at over-the-top beautiful people. Thank god, they only have 4 images in the lookbook – all of the rest are glorious runway images. Juhu!

Va Va Voom Versace!
The people, who view Ms. Versace as merely a typical blonde, is utterly underestimating the power of blondness, as she once again exhibits a praise-worthy collection that silently screams out: “Is there anything Donatella cannot do?”
